Goal Results
We have currently developed new platform technologies in order to improve the targeting potential as well as therapeutic efficacy of albumin-binding prodrugs. We have synthesized prodrugs that are undergoing in vitro and in vivo evaluation. Their cytotoxic potential forms a good basis for evaluating their antitumor efficacy in vivo. Additionally, some bifunctional linkers have proven to be fruitful in the synthesis of other prodrugs under development in our research group. More results under publications |
